How do I disable late Sign-in notifications or early Sign-out warning when scanning in the Conference Tracker app?
This applies only when operators are manually scanning attendees using the Scan Badge item on the Dashboard. It does not apply when using Session Kiosks.Apple Device:
- Go to Settings on the device.
- Swipe down until you see the Tracker app and tap the arrow.
- In the Tracker app settings swipe down to the Sign-In/Out Windows section and tap the toggle button to disable.
- Now open the app and you are ready to start scanning.
Android Device:
- Open the Tracker app and tap the menu icon (3 lines symbol) on the top-left corner.
- Swipe down and tap the Settings section.
- In the Tracker app settings swipe down to the Sign-In/Out Windows section and tap the checkbox to disable.
- Back out of the settings and you are ready to start scanning.
