How can I use the Walk-In Registration Kiosk in the mobile app?

The Walk-In Registration Kiosk allows attendees to register on-site for your conference. This is useful for last-minute attendees who have not pre-registered.

Important:
After registering, attendees will need to check in separately — either via another kiosk or according to your conference’s check-in process.

Security: Administrator authorization is required to navigate out of the kiosk. We also recommend using the Guided Access feature on iOS to limit the device to a single app:

Using the Walk-In Registration Page

  • On the left-hand menu, under Conference Check-In Kiosks, select Walk-In Registration.

  • The kiosk displays the registration form for your conference.

  • Attendees can add their personal information and pay any applicable registration fees.

  • A success message is shown upon completion, and the form is reset for the next attendee.

Options:

  • Submit – Completes registration.

  • Start Over – Resets the form if the attendee wants to quit midway and begin again.
