How can I monitor attendance "at-a-glance" in "real-time" using Conference Tracker?
Conference Tracker makes it easy for you to monitor attendance at your conference!
Once your account has been set-up, login to Conference Tracker with your account login information and you will see statistics showing live updates of your conference on your Dashboard. The Dashboard includes the following information:

- Number of Attendee Registrations
- Number of Exhibitor Registrations
- Number of Conference Check-Ins
- Number of Workshop Swipes/Scans
- Number of Sessions
- Number of Administrators
- Number of Operators
- Number of Presenters
- Number of Moderators
- Number of Exhibitor Admins
- Number of Exhibitor Reps
- Number of Attendees
Number of Logins to the Attendee App
- Number of Attendees Using the Attendee App
At the end of these stats, you will also see a section that shows all active devices that are currently scanning people in and out of sessions, shown on the image to the right.
NOTE: For you to see this information in real-time you'll need each scanning device to have an Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data connection) during the conference. If your devices do not have access an Internet connection there is no need to worry as the devices will automatically save the attendance on the device itself and will be uploaded when an active Internet connection becomes available.
