Accudemia: How do I update the Services on my Session Logs in bulk?
Intro
When updating the Session Logs in bulk, maybe for a group event, etc. you'll notice that there some fields that can easily be updated without much effort (courses, tutors, times, dates, etc.) but the Services are not one of them. The reason is the Services shown are dependent on the Center selected. Even though the view may be filtered by the Center you want to edit these fields show up as blank when doing a bulk edit because they could have different values on each record. And we will only update the values that are updated on this pop-up screen. Therefore, the Center must be reselected in order to update the Services rendered. Take a look at these steps below for more details.
Step-by-Step
- Log in to Accudemia as an Admin and navigate to the Centers > Session Logs.
- Set your filters on the left-side menu to what you want to view the logs you need to correct.
- Now select all the logs you want to update and click the Edit button on the top bar (which is probably the same steps you followed up to this point).

- At this point, in order to change the service, I need to first select the Center by typing the first 3 characters in the name (this is due to the Services being directly related to the Centers).

- With the Center selected, you can search by typing at least 3 characters in the Services textbox to select the Service.

- Click the Update X Sessions button to update all the selected logs in bulk.
