3. Click + New Account.
4. Under General Tab:
- Enter a First Name, Middle Name and Last Name for the user.
- If desired, enter notes, gender and birth date.
- Enter contact information for the user, including Phone Number, Email, and Address.
Note: The e-mail can be made required in the account settings but is not by
default. However, it is recommended to fully utilize the Accudemia App, Email
Appointment Reminders, and other system notifications in Accudemia. Be sure to click the plus button on the right of any contact information to have it be retained. You will see a new blank line appear for additional emails, phone, numbers, etc. but this is normal.
5.. Under Security Tab:
- Enter a unique User ID
- If desired, set a password for the user.
- Select the user role or multiple user roles depending on how they will be using Accudemia.

Warning! If the user ID you are saving is already in the database, you will see a
red warning icon, and you will not be allowed to save the duplicate ID.

Note:
The password is not needed for Students only performing a sign-in at a Center. The password is only needed for users who will login to the back-end of Accudemia (scheduling appointments, managing their schedule, completing surveys, etc.). If you allow Students to login and create their own
appointments then they may need a password. If you choose to use the
Single Sign-On (SSO) process (users login through their existing web portal) then you can skip this password for Accudemia as well.
