Recently (in 2025), we updated Conference Tracker to allow users to access the older or previous conferences' data to pull any necessary CEU Reports, Certificates, and Reports in a view-only mode.

1. Log in to the current conference for which you have login credentials at the https://conftrac.com website.

2. Now click on your photo or initials on the personal menu in the top-right of the screen and select the "Switch Account" option.

3. Now you can select the older / previous conference that you want to review in the list and click the Switch button to finalize this process. Explore the old conference to print reports or view data.

You should know how to check your previous conference data, analytics, and reports from Conference Tracker.  If you don't see the conference or the settings in the software shown above, please contact the Conference Tracker Support Team to let them know you need "your old conferences need to be grouped with your new conference" so they can fix this issue.  Typically, this is the only reason you would not have this option, but we should try to group your older conferences automatically with returning conferences/organizations.
