Conference Leads - How can exhibitors purchase leads app when they have already registered?

In this guide, you'll see how you can purchase the Leads app for your company's representatives once you have already registered for your conference through the conference tracker website.
Alert
Important! You'll need to be an Exhibitor Admin (typically the first person listed on the conference registration page when you registered) to perform these next steps. You can contact leads@engineerica.com for support or to purchase over the phone if needed.  Our rep will need to know the conference you need to use the leads app and will ask for this information.

Step-by-Step:

  1. First, login to the https://conftrac.com website using your email and password created on your registration form. Note that if you have not setup a password then you'll be prompted to check your email to follow steps provided in the email to create a password and login.

  2. Once logged into your Exhibitor Admin account you can click on your initials in the top-right of the main menu. From there select the "Leads App Purchase" option.


  3. On the page that loads, click the toggle switch next to "No, I'm Fine".


  4. After doing this, you’ll see more options to purchase a Leads license for yourself or any of your reps.



  5. Once you select the reps who'll be using it, agree to the terms of use, and set your payment method, you'll want to click confirm to be taken to the payment processor.


  6. Once done, you'll have access to the the leads app.  It is a free download for Apple iOS or Google Play:

    Apple iOS version: You can download the Conference Leads app from the Apple Store here.
    Android version:  You can download the Conference Leads app from the Google Play Store here.

Notes
Note: As an exhibitor admin, you can reset the passwords of your reps or set them if they have never been set. Simply navigate to the Exhibitor Settings > My Reps section on the left-side menu options:
Once there click on them to edit their information, including their password, and save the changes.
