Conference Tracker - How do I manage CEU Reports?
INTRO
In the CEU Reports section, you can design CEU transcripts for your attendees. These CEU Reports are similar to the Certificates of Attendance described previously, but instead of showing a summarized report of each session attended, the CEU Report will list every successfully attended session by an attendee, and provide more details about each session attended. You can show credits earned per session, the date the sessions were attended, custom fields, and much more. Just like Certificates, these CEU Reports can be customized to your needs.

Important! You will need to be an admin to have access to some or all of the steps in this guide. If you cannot access these sections, talk to your center or college administrator for assistance.
STEP BY STEP
2 - Navigate to the Attendance -> CEU Reports from the main menu:
A - Create/Manage CEU Reports
In the Manage CEU Certificates section, you can view a list of all of your created designs. You can also create a brand-new design.
B - Copy/Clone CEU Reports
This option allows you to create a duplicate from a CEU certificate, this is useful if you need to create a new design starting from an early design.
4 - Print CEU Reports or Email CEU Reports
A - Print CEU Reports
This section allows you to generate your CEU Transcripts in a single PDF file to get them printed. You have a lot of options in choosing which CEU Transcripts to print, such as printing per group, per session, per date, and many more.
- First, select the design you want to use.
- Next select any of the following options to print the certificate:
- For a specific group of people.
- For certain roles.
- For those that who attended a specific session.
- Exclude attendees with no credit earned.
- Giving credits only for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
- To include the certificate on the first page (must have one designed in the Attendance > Certificates section with the defaults set for each user role for this setting to work).
- Click the Generate button when ready to create the PDF file with the information requested.

This section allows you to generate separate PDF files per Certificates in order to easily email your certificates to different attendees through Conference Tracker. It includes similar options to the Print Certificates section, but as stated, each badge will be in a separate file for better management, and you will then be allowed to edit the email that will be sent out to each individual containing their report.
- First, select the design you want to use.
- Next select any of the following options to print the certificate:
- For a specific group of people.
- For certain roles.
- For those that who attended a specific session.
- Exclude attendees with no credit earned.
- Giving credits only for Attendees who have completed the evaluation survey.
- To include the certificate on the first page (must have one designed in the Attendance > Certificates section with the defaults set for each user role for this setting to work).
- Click the Generate button when ready to create the PDF file with the information requested.

- You'll have a chance to review the generated CEU Reports and configure the messaging that will go out too:

- Finally, click the Email CEU Reports button when done to complete this process!
