Conference Tracker - How do I track email delivery status?

Introduction

Whenever you send out certificates, badges, or CEU reports by email, Conference Tracker will record a log of this event happening. In order to view these logs, you can visit the "Email delivery section". This will help you confirm that your email through Conference Tracker did get sent out or whatever happened to it.

Step-By-Step

1 - Go to Advanced Options > Email Delivery Logs




2 - Filter data to view Specific Logs

In this screen, you will be able to view logs of any Email Broadcasts you have sent through Conference Tracker. It will show the time and date of the email sent, the recipient, the type, and the subject of the email.
You are able to filter the logs using these options:
    • User / Email: Search for an email sent to a specific user or email address in this text field.
    • Type: Select the type of email you want to be displayed here. Using the drop-down menu, you can select from: Any type, General, Contact Information, Badge, Invoice, Certificate, CEU Report, or Broadcast.
    • From: Display logs starting from a date specified here.
    • To: Display logs ending at a date specified here.
All filters can be combined as needed:


3 - How to interpret the logs

For each row/log, you can see basic information about the communication such as date and time, recipient address, and status, for example, you can see in red that some recipient addresses could not be found, in green you can see those that were found and the communication delivered correctly.
