Accudemia: How do I create tutor Bios?

Introduction

In Accudemia, administrators can write Bios for the university's tutors. These Bios are typically used to advertise their expertise, skills, which courses they help with, etc. This article will explain how to reach the Bio section of a tutor's profile, and how students will access these Bios.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > User Accounts.

2. Use the search tool to find the tutor, then click on their name.

3. Click on the "Tutor Bio" tab and begin writing the tutor's Bio.

How students see Bio information

When students create appointments, in the last step when they're choosing their tutor, those with Bios will have a Bio button beside their name.

Clicking that button will reveal the Bio for the student to read.
