Accudemia: How do I adjust the default duration of appointments?
For the Updated Version of Accudemia 7.0 Click the link below:
1. Log into Accudemia.
2. Click Administration.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click Appointments.
5. Use the drop down menu to choose the location to adjust. You can choose the college level, or an individual center. Changes at the college level will affect the center level for all centers. Click View Settings.
6. Scroll down to Duration Restriction and set the minimum, maximum and default appointment length. Setting these will cause restrictions for any user who attempts to schedule an appointment that do not meet these restrictions.
7. Click Save Changes.
