How do I void an appointment in AccuCampus?

Voiding an appointment allows a missed appointment to not count against a user's no-show limit. 

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Appointments.




2. Click View All.




3. To find the appointment, select Show past only from the drop-down menu.





3. Once you've found the appointment you wish to void, click More Actions on the right-hand side. If you don't see the More Actions option, you can click on the student's name to see the additional options.




4. Under More Actions, click Void.




5. A pop-up window will ask if you are sure you wish to void the appointment. Click Ok to continue.




6. You will now see the appointment is marked as both a no-show and that it has been voided, allowing you to accurately report on no-shows without counting the no-show against the student.
