Accudemia: How do I update the Technical Contacts in my account?

Introduction

Each account in Accudemia has access to one or more Technical Contacts. These contacts are chosen accounts (usually I.T. staff) that can contact Engineerica's Support Staff to help with any technical problems that may arrive. These Technical Contacts can be deleted and created by administrators so long as they stay within the Technical Contact limit the college has access to. This article will explain how to delete, and create a Technical Contact.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Advanced > Technical Contacts.



2. Click the checkbox beside each account that's no longer a Technical Contact, then click the Delete button.


NOTE: The default administrator account made when the Accudemia account was first created can only be removed by Engineerica Support.


3. Add the new Technical Contact by clicking the + Add New Contact button, searching for the account, selecting it, then clicking Accept.


NOTE: Each account has a limited number of Technical Contacts it has access to. Once the limit has been reached, the college will have to purchase additional Technical Contact slots to create more.
