Introduction
In this article, we will show you how you can automate the process of sending your weekly, monthly, or periodic instructor reports to all your instructors in the AccuSQL or AccuTrack system with only a little bit of setup. Each report sent out will be individualized to show only the instructors' individual students and not students from other instructors.
Step-by-Step

1. Obtain the SMTP credentials for an email that the center wants to use in AccuSQL to send the email messages following this guide:
2. Once that is complete we will need to do an import of the Instructors' emails that need this report and import them in AccuSQL following this guide:
From the System Administration screen, go to the Sign-in Setup module (left-side menu) and click the Setup button at the bottom of the screen.
Once there you need to click the Activity Screen Options in the top-left navigation panel.
In the Activity Screen Options section - make sure that you at least have the "Show Instructors box" checked to be able to click the Set Report's Schedule button.
NOTE: If you are wanting to send this report for all centers you will want to keep the selection set to "Default (or All Labs/Centers) on the lower-left of the settings screen like this:
Then set the Schedule Parameters, the Reporting Period to your liking, choose the Report (Instructor Sessions includes notes), and then click the Done button.
At this point, you will be able to set the schedule of how often the "Visits by Instructor" report will go out to all the instructors who had students select them when signing into the system.
NOTE: You're IT team may need to set this job to run on a server or even use a local Windows service user account so the scheduled task will "run whether you are logged on or not".
