Problem: Cannot print or email reports from the PDF preview in AccuTrack or AccuSQL? Solution: Installing "Mind's Eye Report Engine" from command prompt

If you ever come across someone who can get the report preview, but then cannot click on any of the options to Print, Email, Fax, etc the report on a screen that looks like this:
This typically means that somehow the "Mind's Eye Report Engine" did not install properly and we'll need to install this again on each machine with this issue.  As well if you simply need a report printed quickly you can always "Use Native Report Engine" as shown below:


To resolve this issue you'll need to register/install the service on the computer and here's how:
  1. From the Start Menu type in "CMD" and when you see the Command Prompt application simply right-click this option and select to "Run as an Administrator."
  2. In the Command Prompt window type in or copy and paste the following and hit enter:

    regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuSQL2019\MindsEyeReportEnginePro1.ocx"
  3. NOTE: you may need to revise this depending on the version (like 2018 or later).
  4. Next you'll see a confirmation message that should state "MindsEyeReportEnginePro1.ocx has been successfully installed." in a popup window.
  5. Run the report again and then try to use these report options.
