Accudemia: How do I access/activate the Referral System?


To access the Referral System in Accudemia you simply need to do the following:
  1. To get started navigate to the Administration > Advanced > Referral Templates  where you'll need to setup a Referral Form for each Center that would like to use this option.
  2. Now click the Create New button on this screen.

  3. At this point you'll update the General Information and Questions on the Referral Template. You can make the answers to the questions text-based, multiple choice, required and more!

  4. Be sure to always click the Save Changes button at the top of the page when finished editing the Referral Template form.

  5. Now that this has been setup you'll notice that under the Class Attendance section there will now be a Referrals option available to manage the referrals sent to each Center.
