How do I view an attendance summary in AccuCampus?

This feature shows an attendance summary for a given range for an entire class, a group, and/or an individual user. The attendance records are then editable by users with permission.

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Class Attendance.




2. Click Attendance Summary.




3. From this screen, you can filter by course, group and/or individual for a chosen date range. For this example, a specific student in a specific course will be the used.



3a. Search for the course.



3b. Leave Group blank.



3c. Search for the specific student.



3d. Enter the date range.



3e. Click View Attendance.



4. From the results page, you are able to view the specific attendance details for each class session.




5. Clicking on any of the attendance statuses shows the specific details of that specific class session. From this screen, you can edit the student's attendance for that session. This includes adding/editing swipe history, total time, and notes and changing attendance status. Click Save when finished editing.
