How do I use dead end recording in AccuCampus?

This article will explain how to use the Dead End Recording feature of AccuCampus. This feature allows you to receive feedback in text format from your users as they encounter dead-ends when looking for a service or location via a sign-in station.

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Advanced Options.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Dead End Recording.

4. Click Start Recording to begin using this feature.

5. All recorded Dead Ends will be listed.

6. Click View Feedback to read the feedback text.

7. Click Mark as Resolved to remove the feedback.

Sign-In Station View

The following screenshots show the view for the user as they navigate through the sign-in station once Dead End Recording is turned on. The path to a feedback link will depend on the set-up of the sign-in station and the services offered. At each possible dead end, the user will be offered the feedback link.
