Accudemia: How do I turn opt out of notifications for low AccuCredits balance?
Introduction
Accudemia allows administrators to receive email notifications when the account’s AccuCredits balance is running low. If your organization does not wish to receive these notifications, you can disable them from the AccuCredits settings page.
NOTE: This is an account-wide setting. Disabling the notification will affect all administrators who have permission to manage AccuCredits.
Step-by-Step
1. Log in to Accudemia with an administrator account.
2. Navigate to:
Administration > Advanced > AccuCredits
3. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
4. Locate the option:
“Send email notifications when account AccuCredits balance is low”
5. Toggle the switch OFF to disable notifications.
Once disabled, administrators will no longer receive low-balance AccuCredits email notifications for the account
Conclusion
The AccuCredits notification setting allows administrators to control whether low-balance email alerts are sent for the account. Since this is an account-wide setting, any changes made will apply to all administrators with access to manage AccuCredits.
