How do I manage a waiting line in AccuCampus?

NOTE: A student will only be added to a waiting line if they sign into a sign-in station at a location that filters to a waiting line or if they join the waiting line through the mobile app via virtual wait lines. Creating a manual session log for a student will NOT move them to the waiting line; it will sign them in.

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Center Visits.





3. Select Waiting Lines.





3. Click Manage next to the wait line that you would like to work with.





4. You will see three sections: 

Students who are currently in the waiting line



Students who are currently signed in



Staff who are currently signed in
NOTE: Staff will only appear in the bottom section if they have signed in via a sign in station. They will not appear automatically if they are scheduled. However, regardless of their signed-in status, all staff can be assigned to students if need be from this page.


Managing Students Currently in the Waitline

To view the details of a student's sign-in, click View Details next to their name.



To sign a student in, click Sign-in next to their name and select the staff member they will be assigned to. The student will then move down to the "Currently Signed In" section.





To remove a student from the wait line, click Remove next to their name.




Managing Students who are Signed-In from the Waitline

To add comments to a student's session log, click Comments next to their name.



To sign a student out from their session, click Sign-Out next to their name.




Managing Staff who are Signed In

To add comments to a staff member's session log, click Comments next to their name.



To sign-out a staff member from their session, click Sign-Out next to their name.
