Conference Leads - How do I log in to the Conference Leads app?
In order to access your Conference Leads account through our Conference Leads app, follow these instructions:
NOTE: Each Conference Leads user account can only be active on one device at a time. If you attempt to log in with the same account on multiple devices, you will receive an error. Please ensure that you are logged out of all devices before attempting to access your Conference Leads account on a different device. - Open your Conference Leads app on your phone.
Enter your email address and press the Continue button.
You will then be taken to your account and be asked for your password.
Enter your password and press the Continue button.
You will now be successfully logged into your Conference Leads account.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can perform a Password Reset by following these instructions:
Open your Conference Leads app on your phone.
Enter your email address and press the Continue button.
On the Password Screen, there will be a link towards the bottom labeled FORGOT PASSWORD. Press this link.
On the following screen, ensure that your email is correct at the top and verify the screen captcha.
- Once you are done, press the Reset Password link at the bottom.
You will receive a confirmation message stating that an email with instructions on resetting your password has been sent. Follow these email instructions and you should be good to go!
