How do I create a notification topic in AccuCampus?
This article explains how to create a notification topic. Notification topics can be added as an action when a rule is created.
1. Log into AccuCampus. From the Main Sidebar, click on Advanced Options.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Notifications.
4. Click on Topics.
5. Click on Create Topic.
6. Enter a unique and specific Name and Description for the notification.
7. Decide what type of notification should be sent. For any notification types chosen, make sure that Enabled and Send are selected.
On-Screen Delivery: appears when the user logs into AccuCampus
E-mail Delivery: the user receives an e-mail notification
Text Message Delivery: the user receives a text message notification.
8. Click Save.
