This article will explain how to use the Media Check-out feature in AccuCampus. There are two ways to check out items, both of which are explained below.
1. Log into AccuCampus. From the Main Sidebar hover over the Media category.
Check-in/Out
This method is best for rapid check-in and check-out of media items.
2. Click Check In/Out.
CHECK-OUT
3. Search for the media item. Type either the specific name of the time or the media type. You can also filter further by location.
4. All of the information about the item will be displayed.
5. Enter the Attendee's name by searching by name, e-mail or card number.
The item will be automatically checked out once the attendee is selected. No other steps need to be taken.
CHECK-IN
7. Search for the media item. Type either the specific name of the time or the media type. You can also filter further by location.
Once the item is selected, it will automatically be checked back in. No further action is necessary.
Media Items
This method is best for more detailed check in/out records.
2. Click Media Items.
3. A list of active media items will appear.
CHECK-OUT
4. To check out an item, click on Check out next to that item.
5. All of the information about the item will be displayed.
6. Enter the Attendee's name by searching by name, e-mail or card number.
7. Add Notes if needed.
8. Click Check out.
CHECK-IN
9. To check in an item, click Check In next to that item.
10. All of the item, attendee and check-out information will be displayed.
11. Scroll to the bottom and add Notes, if needed.
12. Click Check-in.
