How do I cancel an appointment in AccuCampus?

1. On the Main Sidebar, hover over Appointments





2. Click View All.





3. Search for the appointment you wish to cancel by either scrolling through the list of appointments, or using the look-up glass in the right hand corner.





4. Once the appointment is found click on More Actions





5. Click Cancel





6. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click OK.





7. Once you have confirmed the cancellation, a red X will appear next to the appointment on the main View All page, and the word Cancelled will appear in place under the student's name instead of Active.

 



Alternative method 

1. Click on the user you want to cancel. 





2. On the right-hand side under More Actions, click Cancel.





3. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click OK.




4. Once you have confirmed the cancellation, a red X will appear next to the appointment on the main View All page, and the word Cancelled will appear in place under the student's name instead of Active.
