This usually happens when the attendee that is being printed does not have a card number assigned to them. The QR code will only appear when the attendee has a card number. To remedy this, a card number must be assigned to each attendee.

1. From the Home page, click on Attendees > Manage Attendees

2. Click on the name of the Attendee having the issue and click Edit

3. Locate the Card # textbox and enter a random alphanumerical number.
