Conference Tracker: How do I moderate a post?

Introduction

In Conference Tracker, users are able to post messages to User, Session, and the main Conference Walls. Sometimes a user might post something inappropriate, and this message could end up getting flagged. Administrators can then clear the flag, block the user that posted it, or delete the post. This article will explain how administrators can find and moderate flagged posts.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to Network > Moderate Posts.

2. Moderate the flagged post by clicking the ... button on the right of the post, then choosing from the following:
  1. Clear flag - If the post was flagged incorrectly, this option will clear it and make it viewable again.
  2. Block user - Blocks the author of the flagged post immediately.
  3. Delete post - Delete the flagged post (this cannot be reversed).
