Conference Tracker - How do I manage certificates?

Introduction

The Certificates section in Conference Tracker lets you manage attendance certificates, which summarize the sessions an attendee has successfully attended and the credits earned. You can create, print, or email certificates directly from this section.

Step-By-Step

1- Go to Attendance > Certificates

2- Certificate Options

 In the Certificates section, you can view a list of all of your created Certificate designs. You can also create a brand new design.
  1. Copy - This option allows you to create a duplicate from a certificate, this is useful if you need to create a new certificate starting from an early design.

  1. Print Certificates - This section allows you to generate your Certificates in a single PDF file in order to get them printed. You have a lot of options in choosing which Certificates to print, such as printing Certificates per group, per sessions, per date, and many more. To generate the certificates, follow the steps below:

Select the certificate design, then choose any filters you want to apply:

    • Members of Group: Print the certificate for a specific group of people.

    • Users with Roles: Print the certificate for certain roles.

    • Users who Attended a Session: Print the certificate for attendees of a specific session.

    • Exclude attendees with no credit earned: Skip attendees who didn’t earn any credit.

    • Only give session credits to attendees who have completed its evaluation survey: Give credit only to attendees who completed the evaluation survey.

Click Generate to create the PDF with the selected information.



  1. Email Certificates This section allows you to directly email attendees their certificates. You can choose to send certificates to all attendees or select specific recipients. First, select the certificate design you want to use. Then, choose the audience—either all attendees or only certain individuals. Before sending, you can review the certificates to make sure everything is correct. Finally, write the email content that will be sent along with each certificate.
Select the certificate design, then choose any filters you want to apply. Note that filters are available only when sending certificates to all attendees, not when sending to specific individuals.
