2- Create a Session or use an existing Session:

Go to Conference > Sessions:

Click the blue Create button  to build a new session, or select an existing session from the list and click Edit (as shown in the next screen):

3-Set the Attendance Mode for the Session

After typing the session basic information go to the Attendance Mode section and select Online:

4-Setting Session Streaming info:

Go to the Streaming section, and set the Service as Built-in

5- Start streaming the session:

Go to the Session list, select the 3 dots to the right of the session name, and choose the option Start Streaming:

Next, click the Start Setup button. (This will not start the session yet — you are still in the configuration steps.)

It may take a few seconds for streaming to start, so please be patient while the necessary information is generated.

You will see a message stating: 'Important: Do not navigate away or close this screen while streaming, as your streaming session will end.' Additional instructions may also appear on this screen.

The values you need for configuring OBS will be highlighted, and you can copy them using the provided 'Copy to Clipboard' links.

6-Configuring OBS

Open OBS and click on File -> Settings:

Next, select the Stream menu on the left. On the right, under Service, choose Custom. You will see two fields: Server (1) and Stream Key (2).

These are the values obtained in the previous step. Copy each value from the Conference Tracker screen into the corresponding field in OBS."

Click OK in OBS:

7-Start streaming from OBS:

Click Start Streaming in OBS:

In the OBS app, you will see information about the live streaming process, including frames per second and other details, displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Now, users can view the live stream by clicking the 'Watch Now' button in the Sessions widget on their dashboard. They should be able to watch the stream immediately.

Notes
Please note there may be a short delay of a few seconds between the original stream and what appears on the Conference Tracker screen.
