Introduction
Following this guide, you'll be able to create a new Attendance Log for one of your Attendees. If done correctly they will receive credit for the session and it will be added to their existing credits. This is only necessary if they had never signed in or signed out from the session. You may want to look at the Attendee directly and view their existing attendance to verify they did not already have a log to correct.
Step-by-Step
STEP 1: Navigate to the Attendance Logs
To get started, go to your left-hand Navigation Menu, click on Attendance, then click on Manage Attendance.
STEP 2: Check the Error Statuses using the "Status" filter available
You will see a list of all of your logs, including the name of
the Attendee to the log belongs and the Status of the log. Each log can have
five different statuses:
1. Valid: There are no errors with this log. This is what you want the logs to be so the Attendee gets credit for the session.
2. Other Invalid: This error occurs if there are illogical swipes (2
sign-ins in a row, a sign-out before a sign-in, etc.)
3. Not Signed-In: This error occurs if there is a sign-in swipe for an
attendee but no sign-in swipe.
4. Not Signed-Out: This error occurs if there is a sign-out swipe for an
attendee but no sign-in swipe.
5. Stayed Less Than Required: This simply means that the
Attendee did not stay in the Workshop long enough to get credit.
Towards the top of this page, simply select the Status filter (defaults to showing "Any Status") to change the view of the Attendance Logs you are reviewing:
