Conference Tracker - Can I copy over settings and designs from a previous conference to another one?

To save time, you can transfer items from a previous conference account instead of starting from scratch. This is especially useful if you want to reuse your past setup.

The following can be transferred:

  • Administrator accounts

  • Badge, CEU report, and certificate designs

  • Saved settings

  • Online registration forms

  • Landing page

AlertNote: This process should only be done at the start of account setup. Transferring will override your current configurations.

1. On the top right of any page on Conference Tracker, you will see a circle with either your Profile Photo or your Initials. Click on this circle.

2. Click on Copy Configurations.

3. On the following menu, choose the Conference you would like to copy your configurations from.
4. Check the box next to each setting that needs to be copied over
5. Click Copy Configurations to Current Account.
