Conference Leads - The leads I am scanning do not have any information. How do I fix this?
This issue is mostly caused due to the device not having the most updated information for the conference.
1. From the main app page, tap on Sync
The device will sync with the Conference Leads server and download the latest information. Scanning the attendee again should obtain the contact information for the attendee. Their information can also be input manually if it doesn't automatically populate.
