Accudemia: How do I create a tutor-specific appointment scheduler for my students?

Intro

In this guide, we will show you how to limit the options available for a student that is scheduling an appointment to show only one tutor's available times.  This can help so the student will see all of their available times too since Accudemia.

Step-by-Step

1. Log into your Accudemia account as a Tutor (or Admin).

2. Navigate to your Name > Account (or if Admin, go to Administration > User Accounts and find the user to edit them).

 OR 

3. Now on the General tab you'll click the Create Link under the Direct Appt. Link heading:

4. This option will allow them to create a custom link to show only their availability in Accudemia.

5. This is what that link would produce when they select all of the options:

Conclusion

You can see that this is only the tutor's schedule so this will help limit what the student sees when scheduling and they can see more of the specific tutor's available times.
