AccuTrack / AccuSQL: Is there a way to add individual instructors one-by-one in AccuSQL?
You can add them manually if you would like simply by doing the following:
- Login to AccuSQL using your Admin credentials.
- From the System Administration screen click the Users module on the left-side navigation menu.
- Then click on the Instructors button in that section.
- From there simply click the Add button toward the bottom of the list of instructors.
- Enter the minimum required information (Email, First, and Last Name).
- Finally click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you already have a list of this information in MS Excel it may be
easier to import them rather then entering them one-by-one in the

Once they have been added you can now assign them to their Categories & Activities (Courses) by doing the following:
- Login to AccuSQL using your Admin credentials. (Or simply click the Close button in the top-left of the Instructors section if still there).
- From the System Administration screen click the Sign-in Setup module on the left-side navigation menu.
- Then click on the Categories & Activities (Terminology may be different) button in that section.
- Search first in the top-left Category box that has your Activities (or Courses) listed and select it. This now should display the Activities (Courses) on the right-side list at the top.
- Now select each Activity you want to assign the Instructor to and click the Edit button at the bottom of the right-side list. This will allow you to edit the Activity (Course).
- While editing the Activity (Course) click the Select button next to the Instructors box on the far right.
- A list will pop-up for you to search for and select the Instructor. Select the Instructor(s) and click OK.
Note: To search for the name simply start typing the last name when that column is selected to jump to them. This also works on the ID column. - Now click the Save button to complete this process.Note: If you already have a list of this information in MS
Excel it may be easier to import the Instructor's assigned classes rather then entering them
