AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to manually add Tutors/Staff

Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Users module from the left-hand column


Step 2:  Click on the Tutors button


Step 3:  Click the Add button on the left-side of the screen


Step 4:  Enter the ID, First Name, and Last Name of the Student you wish to add

The above fields are required in order to add a Tutor to AccuTrack/AccuSQL, but feel free to utilize as many of the additional fields (i.e. Address or Phone Number) as needed

Step 5:  Click the Save button.


Step 6:  Add Assignments to your Tutor from the list the pops up (If you have not created assignments, skip this step).  The Tutor should now be added to the Tutor List
