AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to edit HTML Templates for Email Confirmations

Intro

If you see emails from AccuSQL that go out to the students or tutors and would like to change the text in the messaging to them then this guide can help you out.  You will learn how to install the necessary prerequisites and update the HTML templates in AccuTrack/AccuSQL.

Prerequisites:

First, if you have never installed the DHTML (Dynamic HyperText Markup Language) Editor included with AccuTrack/AccuSQL's installer, then you'll need to download and install it separately on the Windows PCs that will be updating these templates.  Click here to download the necessary installer from our dropbox.

Step-by-Step

Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Control Panel option from the administrative options column on the right-side of the screen

Step 2:  Select the E-mail Confirmation Options from the column. Note that the Email Reminders Options section can be changed similarly too.

Step 3:  Select the Template you want to edit

Step 4:  Place a check mark in the checkbox next to 'Use HTML template'

Step 5:  Click the 'Edit HTML format for this template' button

Step 6:  Make the changes needed to the template

Step 7:  Click the Save button

Step 8:  Click the Done button

Step 9:  Click the Save button

Conclusion

Test these changes by scheduling an appointment and looking at the emails sent to both the student and tutor. Now you should see these changes in any future emails.
