AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Create Action Items

AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Create Action Items

Step 1:      Click on the Success Plans console


Step 2:      Click on Action Items


Step 3:      Click Add


Step 4:      Fill out the action type Description


Step 5:      Click Save


Step 6:      Select the newly created Action Type and then Click Add under Action Items


Step 7:      Fill out the Mnemonic and Description fields. Select the Duration. Fill out Notes


Step 8: Click Save


You will see the new Action Item appear and you can add it to an Action Package. For step-by-step instructions visit How to Add Action Items to Action Packages
