Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Control Panel option from the Administrative Options column on the right-hand side of the screen

Step 2:  Select New Student Options from the column

Step 3:  Create the message you would like your students to view in the text box next to, If not allowed, show this message:

Step 4:  Click the Save button
