AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to create a new Semester
Step 1: From the System Admin screen, select the System module from the modules column on the left-hand side of the window
Step 2: Click the Semesters button
Step 3: Click the Add button
Step 4: Create a description for your semester in the Description box (i.e. Spring 2019) and select a data range for your semester. Click Save
Step 5: Click Yes on the pop-up
Step 6: Click on the newly created semester and click Edit
Step 7: Add Activities to your semester. You can do this by selecting them from the list in the top rectangle and moving the selected activities to the bottom rectangle using the down arrows (single down arrow moves all selected activities into the bottom rectangle and the double arrow moves all activities)
Alternatively, you can use the up arrows to remove unneeded activities back up to the top rectangle
Activities can also be added to the current semester using the import feature
Step 6: Click the Save button
