AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How do I remove the instructor assigned to a class manually?
Introduction
In this article, we'll show you the steps to remove any instructors that may no longer be teaching a course or activity in AccuTrack/AccuSQL.
Step-by-Step
From the
System Administration
screen, start by navigating to the
Sign-in Setup
(left-side menu) then click on the
Categories & Activities
button in the middle section.
Once there, click on the desired
Category
, on list to the left, to show a list of the available
Activities
on the right.
Click anywhere in the
Activity ID
or
Activity (Name)
field column on the Activity list on the right to search for your activity. If you click after the heading row it will now allow you to search through the list and take you down to the closest matching activity. While typing the typed text will replace the heading text for that column. If you click on the actual heading it will simply sort the information in that column.
Next, while the activity is selected in the list, click on the Edit button at the bottom of this screen.
Now click on the
Select
button above the list of Instructors to get a pop-up listing all of the available instructors. Simply uncheck any instructors that you no longer want assigned to this course/activity.
NOTE:
If you right-click on this pop-up's data and select "filter on selected (instructors)" you'll more easily see who is checked in order to uncheck them opposed to having to scroll through the long list of instructors.

To finalize these changes click on the Save button.
