In this guide, you'll see firsthand how to clear the cache in AccuSQL 2020 to resolve many slowdowns and errors happening at the Sign-in Kiosk or even an admin's computer that gets signed in and out of the software frequently.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Exit out of the AccuSQL 2020 software.
  2. Locate the cache folder (located in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ACCUTRACK\I2534411045\Cache" if using the default install path).
  3. Delete the entire contents of that folder by selecting all, right-clicking, and selecting delete.
  4. Now open AccuSQL 2020 and it should take a little bit of time to recreate the file, but each subsequent login/sign-in should be faster.
