Accudemia: Updating a System User's Alternate ID or Secondary ID

Introduction

In this article, you'll learn how to update existing user's Alternate ID (sometimes referred to as their Secondary ID).  This guide is helpful if they are not a Student or Instructor account that typically get updated from existing automated imports that run daily/weekly.

Step-by-Step



1. Login with your System Admin account at the http://<mycollege>.accudemia.net website. Replace the <mycollege> part of the URL with your account's domain.





2. In Accudemia's Navigation menu click Administration User Accounts.





3. Now use the left-side Search filters to find the Admin or Tutor's user account in the list.




4. Click on their name, then on the Security tab check the Alternate ID or Secondary ID field is set to the ID in the error:




5. Now click the Save Changes button to complete this process.  Repeat for each user getting this error.
