Accudemia: My appointment settings look good and I have available tutors but why can they still not be scheduled?

Intro

This situation often happens when you have followed all the documentation steps to configuring appointments for your tutors such as:
And you are still having issues with students being able to connect with these tutors following all of the rules and restrictions.
NOTE: If you have not tried any of the above options you may want to click the links to check those setting out first before proceeding through this article.
Typically at this point we have seen that the Tutor has configured Outlook 365 Integration and has marked times on their Outlook 365 calendar that conflicts with their available times in Accudemia.  Or even made themselves "busy" for their entire time they tutor or work in the center so disabling this integration will typically result in being able to now schedule times with the tutor.  The purpose of this integration is to take those times and block them from their available schedule in Accudemia so the next section will explain how to check this step-by-step.


Step-by-Step

1. Login to your Accudemia account as an Admin (if not already).  This is URL is https://<mycollege>.accudemia.net replacing the <mycollege> with your institution's domain.

2. Next from the main menu, go to Administration > Advanced > Outlook 365 Integration.

3. Here you will see a list of all the emails that have connected to Outlook 365 (and these should only be tutor emails since you have to have a schedule to use them).

4. Click on the red  Disconnect option for the tutor having the issues showing up on the schedule.

5. Finally, test that your hard work was not in vain by trying to make an appointment with that tutor. 

Conclusion
