Accudemia: How do I set up automatic reminders for pending surveys?

Introduction

In Accudemia, administrators can set up reminders for the surveys they create. These reminders can be customized to appear by a specified number of days after the survey's creation, as well as after the survey's due date. The survey can even be made mandatory if a certain number of days have passed after its creation. This article will explain how to enable these reminders.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Surveys.

2. Create a new survey by clicking + New Survey, or edit an existing one by clicking on it from the list.

3. Under the "General Information" tab, scroll down to "Email Notifications."

4. Enable the following options:
  • Send email notification - This will enable "First reminder after" and "Second reminder after."
  • First reminder after - Sends an initial reminder out by a chosen amount of days after a survey has been submitted to users who haven't completed the survey yet.
  • Second reminder after - Sends a second reminder out to users who still haven't completed the survey by a chosen amount of days. This will be the last reminder.

5. (Optional) consider enabling these additional options:
  • Reminder after - Send an on-screen reminder of the survey in a chosen amount of days.
  • Force answer after - Make it mandatory to complete the survey by a chosen amount of days after a survey has been submitted.
