Accudemia: How do I send users periodic requests to update their personal information?
Introduction
In Accudemia, there is an option to automatically request updates on User contact information. This will be important for Users whose information changes regularly, and helps to maintain up-to-date records.
Step-By-Step
Requirements: Only Administrators or Users with advanced permission can perform these actions.
1. Click on Administration > Control Panel
2. Select the Appointments Module
3. Select the Account Scope and click Settings
4. Enable the highlighted option below in the "Contact Information Update" section
Enable the highlighted option, and set the frequency at which Student must update their contact information.
How will the student see this request?
Once the set days have passed since the last time the student confirmed the contact information, the system will show a screen similar to the picture below.
Here, the student must:
- Update Phone Number(s)
- Update Address(es)
- And finally click the Save Changes button
