Accudemia: How do I send users periodic requests to update their personal information?

Introduction

Administrators can make Accudemia automatically request its users update their personal information (home/cell number, and personal address) every set number of days. Keeping information up-to-date is important, especially among those whose personal information (like their address) changes frequently. This article will explain how to enable the automatic contact information update feature, as well as show what users will see every time they're given the request to update.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to Administration > Control Panel.

2. Select the Appointments Module.

3. Select the college as a scope and click View Settings.

4. Click "Contact Information Update" on the left side of the screen, then enable "Students must confirm their contact information every -" and set the frequency.

What the users will see

Every set number of days, students will now be prompted to review their contact information and personal address.
