Accudemia: How do I manage virtual links?

Introduction

In Accudemia, users can create virtual links (also known as virtual Kiosks) to manage virtual walk-ins at the Center. This article will explain how to edit, share, and delete these virtual links.

Step-By-Step

Start by navigating to Center Attendance > Virtual Sign-In to view the virtual links.


1. Click on a link from the list to open a pop-up screen.

2. Edit the link from this screen and click Save Changes when finished.


1. Choose a link from the list and select the check box beside its name.

2. Click the Share button.

2. Click the Delete button to remove the link.


Deleted links cannot be recovered; they will have to be recreated.
