Accudemia: How do I get a printable copy of the online manual?

Introduction

Every page on Accudemia's manual is equipped with an "Export to PDF" tool. This will save the page locally as a PDF which can then be combined with the PDFs of other pages and turned into a printable copy. This article will explain how to turn each page of the manual into a PDF to be printed.

These steps are identical to printing the manuals for other products.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to the Accudemia Admin Guide - Table of Contents and click the "Introduction to Accudemia" link to be taken to the first page of the manual.

2. Click the "Export to PDF" link on the far-right side of the screen.

3. Save the PDF locally to a folder.

NOTE: Start numbering the files now if multiple manual pages are going to be saved. This way it will be easy to keep track of which file is which.

4. Click the "Next Article" link at the top of the manual page and repeat steps 2-3 on every page to save the entire manual as a PDF to be printed.

Once every page has been exported to a PDF in a local folder, they can all be combined into a single PDF by using a third-party software, like combinepdf.com.
