Accudemia: How do I find my missing appointment?

Introduction

Accudemia will keep track of appointments whether they've been rescheduled to another time, or canceled. However, if not receiving automatic notifications whenever an appointment is changed, it may appear as if the appointment has disappeared. This is because Accudemia automatically searches for appointments within the week. If an appointment was rescheduled a month in the future, for example, it wouldn't appear. This article will explain how to check for rescheduled appointments as well as canceled ones.

Step-by-Step

Checking if the appointment was rescheduled

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Appointments > View All.



2. Increase the date range by selecting the "Period" drop-down and choosing a larger range of time.


Alternatively, fill in the "Rescheduled Only" checkbox to see if the appointment appears.

Checking if the appointment was canceled

If the appointment didn't appear when extending the time range or searching for rescheduled appointments, the appointment may have been canceled.

1. Fill in the "Show Canceled" checkbox.


If the appointment appears in this list, then the tutor/staff member has canceled it.
