Accudemia: How do I find an existing user within the system?

This article explains how to find an existing user in Accudemia.
Step-by-Step
1. Log into Accudemia.
2. Click on Administration > User Management > Users from the main menu.
3. Search for the user by using the Search options on the left-side of the page:
- Name (by First name or Last name)
- User ID
- Roles
- Active (status)
NOTE: If the user does not appear, double-check that the information used in step 4 is correct or placed in the correct search fields. If they still do not come up, then it's likely that the user does not exist in the system from the imports and you can create them as needed. You will need to be given Admin permissions to "Create Students", "Create tutors", etc. for the roles of users you can create.
