Accudemia: How do I deactivate or edit the name of a service?
Introduction
Accudemia allows administrators to easily edit the names of offered services, as well as temporarily or permanently toggling them off. This article explains how to edit a service name, and deactivate them.
Step-by-Step
The following section shows how to get to the Services menu in a Center, later on in this article there will be a section on How to Edit a Service and How to Inactivate a Service.
1. Navigate to Administration > Centers & Classrooms on the home page.
3. Click on the Services tab.
To edit the name of a service
1. Select the service to edit.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Update the name of the service and click Accept.
4. Click Save Changes when finished.
To deactivate a service
1. Select the service to deactivate.
2. Click Toggle Active button to set the service to "Inactive."
3. A message will appear confirming that the service is no longer active.
4. Click the Save Changes button when finished.
