Accudemia: How do I complete a Tutoring Assessment and/or add comments to a session?

Introduction

Accudemia has a feature that allows tutors to follow up on a previous session with a student. Here, tutors can describe what the student worked on, whether they were prepared for the session, and whether they need more help in the future. These session logs can also have comments added to them if tutors feel they need to relay extra information. This article will explain how to complete a tutoring assessment, as well as how to add comments to the log.

Step-by-Step

Completing tutoring assessment

1. Navigate to Center Attendance > Session Logs on the home page.



2. Select the desired session log from the list, then click the Tutoring/Skill Training Assessment button.


NOTE: If an error message appears, it means the Center administrators have not set up the Session Assessment feature for the Center yet.

3. Answer the questions given on the popup page, then click Save Survey.



Adding comments

1. Select the Comments button on the "Session Logs" screen.

2. Add any comments, then click Save Comments.
